Support
We have a different approach to providing support for our clients than most companies.
Our support is based around quarterly planned visits that will keep your system up to date, this allows you email and telephone support with a 4 hour response time. We also provide support by remote acces to your system enabling action to be taken to resolve issues. Since introducing this scheme our clients have found it financially beneficial and very proactive.
